The Denver Brass wishes everyone a blessed and joyful Christmas as we say goodbye to 2020 and welcome our 40th anniversary year, 2021. Throughout 2021 and into 2022 we’ll pay homage to those who made Denver Brass one of the premier brass ensembles in the world. We’ll share recordings, videos and photos, and we’ll continue the inspiring work that’s come before. Here, we spotlight our Principal Trumpeter Emeritus, Joe Docksey, in his signature performance of Les Stallings’ arrangement of “O Holy Night.” It’s Joe’s high standards and impeccable attention to artistry that led Denver Brass to performance excellence, and it’s in Joe’s and all other former Denver Brass musicians’ honor that we relentlessly continue the mission.
