How do I reach the Denver Brass staff?

The Denver Brass staff can be reached via phone Monday through Friday 10AM-5PM, email at info@denverbrass.org, Facebook at Denver Brass, or Instagram @DenverBrass.

Where can I park for my event?

For parking information on all venues, please click here!

Can I @ you? Facebook, and Other Social Media

We would love for you to share your experience with your friends! Please silence your phone and dim your screen, then, Facebook or Instagram us to the best of your ability! Make sure you’ve liked us on Facebook and Instagram, The Denver Brass. Either of these options will let us (and all your other followers!) know what you thought about the show. But most importantly, don’t forget to enjoy the show while it’s in front of you at its best: Live!

How Long are Performances?

Concerts at Newman Center for the Performing Arts and Bethany Lutheran Church are approximately 1:45 to 2:00 in total length. Included in this show time is a 20 minute intermission. Tiny Tots concerts are approximately 45 minutes in length with no intermission.

I had a conflict come up and cannot make it to the concert I bought tickets for. May I return my tickets and get a refund?

Tickets for all concerts are non-refundable. In the event that you are unable to attend your show, your ticket can be donated for a tax deductible contribution up to 24 hours prior to the show.

For non-subscribers, tickets can be exchanged at $3/ticket up to 24 hours prior to your event. Exchanges are subject to availability.

May I Bring Children?

We think it’s great to start a love of brass early on so we sell children’s tickets at a great discounted rate! Children 12 and under are free, and we offer steep student discounts. We do ask that you consider your child’s ability to be able to sit quietly so as not to disturb those around them. If you’re not sure about your child’s capacity to sit through a concert, start them at a Tiny Tots concert where special concert host, children’s activity pages, and opportunities for movement and rhythmic activity are guaranteed to engage our youngest listeners!

What Do I Wear?

You’re in Colorado! This means that concert attire can range all the way from Colorado casual to cocktail attire. Costumes are highly encouraged by the Brass at every concert as they each have a different theme. We’ll be dressed for each theme and we’d love it if you were too! Keep in mind, it’s nice to refrain from wearing heavy colognes or perfumes, as many performers and audience members have allergies to these products.

What Time Does Will Call Open?

Will call is open 1 hour before the scheduled concert time.

When Should I Arrive?

It’s best to arrive early for all concerts, as we seat late-comers only during breaks between concert pieces. Plan to arrive at the Newman Center 20 minutes early, just in case there is a line to get in the parking structure. At other venues, it is safe to plan to arrive 15 minutes early.

How Will I Get My Tickets?

Tickets will be emailed to you prior to your event. You can get these mailed over or picked up at will call for $3/ticket for events at Bethany Lutheran Church or the Seawell Ballroom and $5/ticket at the Newman Center. Subscribers can get printed tickets for free with their subscription package!

*A Note on Proper Denver Brass Concert Etiquette:

We are not your grandmother’s sinfonietta. Please refrain from throwing objects onto the stage even though we may occasionally throw objects into the audience. Otherwise, we encourage your exuberance in the form of vigorous applause, yelling, screaming and other atypical behavior to show your appreciation of our performance feats.
